Your role:

Conduct key operational activities, for example, installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
Adherence to defined work processes, risk assessment and SOP is required to be strictly comply.
Undertake sofeware setup, operation, maintenance and (basic) analytics. Conducts basic fault-findings and troubleshooting support to resolve or escalate issues within agreed contractual timeframes and or Service level agreements to meet customer expectations.
Provides detailed dand accurate feedback on field service activities and compiles clear and concise reports for submission to your supervisor to enable informed decisions to be made to resolve product issues.
Due to the nature of the role and EDWARDS is committed to providing on-site support for 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, there will be a requirement to perform standby duty and/or work shift patterns to meet customer contractural commitments and/or as part of an emergency coverage plan.

To succeed, you will need

Minimum 1 year working experience in a related engineering industry or technical experience in an engineering, service or maintenance role, involving direct contract with external and internal customers.
Fresh graduates with engineering certificates will be considered
Strong customer focus to ensure delivered solutions to meet customer expectations and timeframes, whilst working in alignment with Edwards strategies and processes.
Able to interact positively in a multi-cultural and multilingual environment.
Team player, able to provide support within the team and when required by the Manager.
